Your privacy is very important to us and under no circumstances will Stop Foundation Inc. or stoprx.org ("Stop Foundation") sell or share any personal information except when authorized by you or required by law.

INFORMATION COLLECTED:
Stop Foundation does not automatically collect personal information. You may choose to provide us with information when you communicate with us through our 'contact' page. We may retain this information in case we need to contact you to provide further information, or to keep you posted about future relevant activities.

Stop Foundation does not enable cookies or use other software or hardware to collect personal information about visitors to our site without their knowledge. We may log IP addresses for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes, or to improve the quality of our site for our visitors and members. If we do log IP addresses, no personal information will be tracked in any automated log files.

MEMBER SIGN-UP:
You may provide us with your email address and other personal information when you sign up to become a member of Stop Foundation. We will use this information to keep you informed of relevant issues and opportunities related to our organization and its cause. We will keep this information confidential and do not sell, rent, exchange, or otherwise disclose this information to any third parties unless required by law. If you do not wish to receive mailings from Stop Foundation, you will be provided a choice to opt out of such mailings within the body of the communication you receive from us.

MEMBER DONATION:
If you choose to make a charitable donation to Stop Foundation, you will provide this information through the PayPal payment service. If you send us a check in the mail, the information provided on your check will be used to process your payment. Personal information may be shared with third party processors and service providers during this process. We deeply appreciate you’re your contribution and thank you in advance.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED:
Your information is used to build our membership at Stop Foundation, contact you to obtain or provide relevant information, and communicate current activities and opportunities relevant to Stop Foundation's cause. As indicated previously, we do not sell, rent, exchange, or otherwise disclose this information to any third parties unless required by law. You will be provided an opt out feature on all communications you receive from us.

ACCESS BY THIRD PARTIES:
Stop Foundation may be required to share your information with third parties while acting under a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to i)comply with legal requirements or legal process, ii)protect or defend the proprietary rights of Stop Foundation, iii)enforce the Terms of Use. Unless you are given a choice to opt out, Stop Foundation will not share, sell, rent, or give away your private information to anyone except to the payment processing institution unless required by law.

SECURITY OF INFORMATION:
All personal information submitted to Stop Foundation including credit card and payment information is encrypted using SSL software. Off-line, only necessary employees who have a specific task are given access to user's personal information.
